John....it looks all right. Their earnings are out this afternoon after the close and the chart looks to be poised at a point where it will either break out of the downtrend or continue it. I guess it will depend on the earnings. The $500m share buyback may help also. One thing I don't like about it is the large amount of Goodwill.

The market seems to have taken CTAS earnings very well today. It looks like a clear breakout of the downtrend.
